"After 8 long hard years of waiting, I finally got the call"
British Indie Rock artist Izzy Hennessy had her 15 minutes of fame on the Tonight Show in New York City on the 18 August 2008. The quirky style of singing she performed vastly gained popularity around the world by hitting nearly 5 million views for her cover of Perfect Day by Lou Reed on YouTube. However her fame shortly came to an end after a story of her 'miming the words' leaked out. Izzy profusely denied the accusations and shortly faded off into the shadows and wasn't heard of for a few years.
In 2011 Izzy faded back into the scene by performing at a few gigs around Northern England. Word quickly got about that Izzy was back on the scene and was determined to make a true name for herself. During the month of September Izzy got a call from 'Eddy Jones', inviting her to perform at the Indie and Alternative concert. Seeing this as a chance to get her name back out there, Izzy accepted and was to perform on the 20th January 2012. Izzy stole the show getting nothing but positive reviews from all papers. A quote from 'Ellis Garner', the main critique who accused Izzy of miming, really surprised the world.

Seeing this as more encouragement, Izzy used this as a building block to power forward in her long awaited career to fame.
Izzy has always had a big dream of one day performing at Glastonbury festival in front of millions of fans chanting her name. Since she stole the show at Indie and Alternative Concert of Jan 2012 she has performed at many concerts around the world like Paris France in December 2012, Berlin Germany in March 2013, Rockefeller Centre in New York City America on 18th February 2014 and at Fenway Park in Boston on 30th August 2014 which renowned music critique 'Carlos Baca' described her as "The best upcoming rock and Indie talent the whole world is yet to see!".
During the month of December 2014 Izzy received a call from the one and only Michael Eavis, inviting her to come and perform at the next upcoming Glastonbury Festival on the 26th June 2015. Izzy described this call as "A dream Come True For Me And My Family!" Izzy is set to perform on the 3rd day of the Glastonbury Festival with her new song 'Shadows In The Night' and is set to catch all the critiques attentions and prove once and for all that she is the 'Queen Of Indie Rock'.
